I think it's not possible to create plate like this  in Tekla because they have double curvate

But you can import it like "article"

the problem after i converted to surface when i send it to tekla its keeps mesh origin shape. i want to reduce number of triangles.

these steps i need to apply but as beginner its not easy 

First need to make mesh to smooth surface in rhino. Then split those surface with required plate sizes. Then try transfer to Tekla through lofted plate or some other way.
