Hi, I found that you need to give the site extra permissions for you to download the files.

Example: On Chrome -

Open "MILLIPEDE PLUGIN DOWNLOAD" on a new window.

Next to the URL there should be a "view site information" icon (an "i" inside a circle), click on it.

A little pop-up should appear, click on "Site settings".

This will take you to your Chrome settings for the specific website.

Scroll down to "Insecure content" and "Allow" it.

Refresh the download window and it should download for you now.

PS: Don't do this on untrusted sites!
