metaball component in grasshopper its only 2d

hi there, to create a 3d mesh you can divide metaball curves and bake those points to Rhino, then use MeshFromPoints command (you might need to download special plugin).. another option is to use this component made by Tudor Cosmatu: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/meshfrompoints-1 to create mesh from points inside grasshopper.. hope it will help..
