Rhino strings to GH data : Giving a height to points according to text

Hi guys,
Would anyone know how to place these points to their appropriate heights using the text written next to each one of them ? I can't even manage to get this text object to Grasshopper.
That would save me sooo much time.
Thanks so much
Arthur

Where's the data coming from??? GH doesn't really seam like the best tool for this. Not only that, if the data is coming from a CSV file or something, there are scripts out there that already do this.
Hi Damien,

The image shows a dwg files that was sent to us by a surveyor.
The file is composed of 2D points in space which all have a text showing their heights.

Unfortunately that is the only type of document we were provided so there is no possibility to use the usual Spreadsheet to Rhino scripts....

All the points already have a x and y coordinate so i was just wondering if there was a way to get the text as data to GH and assign it to the z value of each point....

any ideas?
Thanks Vincente, that is exactly it!
I should have searched for it more thoroughly before asking the question :S
Hello There, I'm also struggling with a similar issue. I have the definitions given by Vicente, but I don't understand what kind of component you plug in to the vb. Txt, number...I'm lost
