algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me find the point where two given curves intersect?

Thanks~

The component is called "curve curve intersection" (CCX). Find it in the "intersect" section.

On the Intersect Tab > Physical Panel there is a Curve|Curve Component

There's also a Line|Line intersection component (in the Intersect Tab, Mathematical panel), which will treat lines as infinite segments. This may be more useful to you in this case.

I have a similar problem, I have two sets of plines, i need to find the intersection of them and then,find the closest point of them to a given point, but when I use the line/line intersection it doesn't give all the intersection points, I can't figure out the problem.

I love those arrows :D

(If you don't know) Hold down Ctrl+Alt and click on a component to identify it for your own curiosity. But if you want to create an image to post online then hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift when you click.

never knew... always been searching for components I knew to find with the text seach but not in the menus.. :D

Great ++

gee guys, thanks for the help! don't know how i missed it! ps those are some sweet arrows!

Great work
