Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

how does the mapper have to look like to place the point-path on path {0} (now it  becomes path {4})?

Thanks!

Hi Dackel,

Not sure that the Pathmapper is the right tool in this case.

Pass the Pt list into a Flatten component and have the Optional Path set to {4}

yes, that is true. But the aim is to merge the structure-path of the points with the move structure-paths to get this result:

{0} point

{1} move

{2} move

{3} move

{4} move

Sorry for the misunderstanding try this.

Or if you did want the Pathmapper this:

cool, thank you Danny!

hey guys i was wondering if you can help me i am running a simulation and at the end i get a bunch of polylines some consisting of 2,3 or 4 points, what i want is from this pl get lines from 2 points ex: if polyline consist of points a-b-c i want 2 lines 1:a-b, 2:b-c; dont know if pathmapper would help with this since i need that some of the points in each path to become a new one.
any thoughts are helpful
