interpolate between random points

Hi,

I'm trying to interpolate a series of curves through a selection of points in sets along the x axis. I would like the points to be picked randomly in each set, and for each point only to be used once. See pic for an idea of what i mean

I used jitter in attached script, but it doesn't seem to work. If I do a two point line it works just fine.
