Invalid Mesh from WB Thicken Mesh Command (HELP PLEASE~)

Hi everyone, 

I am hoping to make a single mesh from the hex-frames I made from a loft. I keep getting an invalid mesh from the WB thicken mesh command and cannot bake it. I plan on 3-D printing (i have never 3-d printed before) and I saw that a single mesh prints the cleanest. Any ideas on why the mesh thicken is failing? I tried re-working the curves, but no luck.
