Kangaroo Mesh Machine remeshing multiple meshes at once

Hi,

I am trying to remesh multiple meshes at once using mesh machine.

It works when they do not share edges but does not work when they have the same edges.

Is there any way to remesh two or more objects using Mesh Machine, other tool, or somehow split mesh faces list into separate objects? I have more complex situation but image below describes the problem in a more simple way.

Well ... unless I can't see the obvious appears that MM can't remesh collections (trees) [curves/vertices as 1:1 tree VS the brepTree or flattened: same failure]).
