How can I transform a list of (x,y,z) points in to (u,v) points ?

Use the [Surface Closest Point] component. It will output UV points.

Thanks David, whatever was the surface I will get the right uv points ?

Should be correct, unless there's a bug in the surface closest point algorithm, but that would be very unlikely as that code is used all over Rhino.

It'll of course output an xyz point, but the z value will be zero and the x and y values will represent u and v respectively.
