Galapogos multiple domains

Hi All,

When setting up a Galapogos solver with multiple domains, is it better to use multiple gene pools OR use a single gene pool that allows for the maximum bounds and then match the data tree to these multiple domains. I've had mixed results with both.

It shouldn't matter to Galapagos whether you use a single gene-pool, multiple gene-pools, or just a whole bunch of sliders. Whatever makes the easiest and most straightforward to accurately represent the variables of your specific problem.
