Offset component, how to control direction on closed curves.

Hi!

I'm trying to use an offset component on a voronoi diagram cells. I see that I can set the offset distance to either negative or positive numbers, and there is also a "reverse" option, which doesn't seem to have any effect.

However, I always end up with one or a few cells which are offsettet the opposite direction.

How can I control this?

Regards

could you post your ghx?
Sure, here's a random points generation with voronoi and offset. I've seen this happen on a grid of circles aswell, that one circle's offset is facing the opposite direction.

mh, are you working with 0.8.0006 ? with 0.8.0004 it works fine

Yes I am.

Maybe this particular ghx works fine, but I switched to 0.8.0006 for the single reason that offset was behaving weird and I hoped that it would help.

in this specific example you can use cull pattern to delete curves with larger area than input curves. next use second offset with same distance but in negative, apply same pattern (negative also) and merge two lists.
Thanks, that's a clever workaround for this at the moment!
