Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hello everyone...

i am pretty new to grasshopper. today i played around creating a polygon around a given point. dividing the segments of the polygon and moving the centerpoints of these segments towards the MIDDLEPOINT/CENTER of the poly lets a star-shape appear.

so far so good...

but when i try to generate many polygons with star-shape via e.g a squared grid or a range of points the individual of all polygons/tip point of movement for star shaping seems to move somewhere in space...? there seems to be one or more new "global" centerpoints...

does anyone know how to manage that the polygons/stars keep there local centerpoints which shell be syncronized to the grid point...
