Creating Relationships between Number Sliders

Hi Everyone,

I have been looking on the forum but am having a hard time figuring out how to deploy my scissor script by manipulating a single slider element. The script works like this: I have 3 sliders that control the height, length, and depth of my vault. When I slide one of the I want all 3 to move together accordingly to open and close the scissor properly. I have tried remap numbers component (which scaled the vault uniformly but did not cause the scissors to close), I have tried division as well but it collapsed the script. If anyone could offer some general advice on how to make those 3 values talk to one another as well as the rest of the script I would be super thankful. Here are some pics of what I am talking about as well as the script.

I haven't been following this project. It's not quite this simple because you don't want the scissor components to ever change length, right? So 'Height' is more complex than the linear interpolation from 'ReMap' - a function, perhaps? I won't spend the time now to figure that out.

In general though, this is how to 'ReMap' two sliders from a single '0.0 To 1.0' slider, 'Open' in green:

Hi Joseph,

Thanks so much for responding. Yes it definitely matters that the length of the arms do not change. The script is nice in that it flattens the vault but what it does not do is fold up which I have displayed in the images below. If you, or anyone has any ideas on steps for how to achieve this I would be very grateful. I will keep working on it.
