algorithmic modeling for Rhino

help! how to rotate an object using Sun as attractor?

hi permission to post admin! I need help again..

i'm designing a dynamic façade for an office building for a school requirement.

i'm the only one here in my school who practice parametric design. so there's no one I can ask help.

I designed it with one unit having a pair of bi folding shading panels.

my problem now is I can't make it move using sun as an attractor since the algorithm

used in designing the shading system requires basic knowledge with grasshopper, and that's all I have, sorry.

if there's anyone who's willing to help please. and thanks in advance

attached here are the photos of the shading system i'm designing and the grasshopper file. please send help... I'm sorry if my approach of asking may sound rude haha English is not my first or mother tongue language.

Hi.

The most common misunderstanding in this kind of study is to confuse the movement of the sun with common point attractor.

Don't forget that the sun is far enough away to be difficult to see as a point attractor.

Anyway, Check attached def. Hope it is of some help. Best.
