Grasshopper for 3ds Max??

Being dependent on the Rhino SDK/RhinoCommon that seems highly unlikely. That said, node-based editors have started popping up for other CAD packages such as 3ds Max, Revit/Vasari and Design Script.

Since Grasshopper is free it's hard to see what Robert McNeel & Associates would get out of providing GH for platforms that we don't sell. So: no, it's not planned.
