Error while parsing BEIRUT_BLD: Could not find installable ISAM.

Hello,

I am trying to extrude buildings from a shapefile using grasshopper and TTtoolbox as described in the tutorial in the link below:

I followed the tutorial step by step but my "IMPORT SHP" component is giving the following error:
"Error while parsing BEIRUT_BLD: Could not find installable ISAM"

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi Alaa,

I think this problem is caused by having a 34bit database driver installed on you machine or no driver at all. Try installing the 64bit database driver found here and let me know if that works. Note: Windows 10 is not listed as a supported operating system but it worked for me. Make sure to restart your machine.

Running the 32-bit Rhino will solve the problem I guess.

You may have noticed that you have both 32-bit and 64-bit version of Rhino installed on your system. Try running the 32-bit version this time and everything will work fine. The problem has sth to do with what Jamie has described.

Thank you Jamie and Iman for your replies!
As for the database driver, I had installed it but nothing happened and the error persisted.
Now my trial has expired so I can't try the solution suggested by Iman.
However, when I run my simulation into another computer everything worked fine with the two versions of the software.

Anyway, many thanks for your time.
