Problem to insert a grid in a mass surfaces

Hi everyone, I want to insert a trellis in a compact mass, how do we manage it ? If it's possible I want the intersect point to be part of the trellis. You can the place of the intersect mesh if it's easier.

"Cocoon" plug-in could do the job, but it might be not what you want.

For getting square sections and sharp edges of trellis, T-spline is another option, but It's not free

Thanks but can you do it with the other part of the mass surfaces, you can found it in the joined image. But it's possible to make a trellis instead of a grid ? Something that is braced and optimized. Can i have the definition please, i'm a beginner :)

Treillis in English is lattice you can get different lattices types in intralattice plugin. If needed I have a component to transform lattice in BREP but it is not reliable , it is named YANG. I can send it if needed
