algorithmic modeling for Rhino

How do I create polylines between branches in a list.

Hi! I'll attach some images and my file to make it easier to undestand my problem.

These lines are dividied into points, and these points are not flattened, they go from 0 to the amount of points each line has.

What I need is to connect for example point number 1 on one line, to point number two on the next line, to point number 4 on the next line and so on. Always multiplying by 2. The lines are dividided by the result of 2 to the power of (2, 3, 4, 5, etc). As you might see, the lines get more dense as you go down. 

My problem is that I can't find the way to connect each number in one branch to its double in the other without doing it manually.
