Uneven Surface Division

Hi Everyone,

I would like to divide a surface as given at reference image.

Basically I would like divide surface in equal distances in u direction ( C ) but at v direction I would like to have one narrow and one wide division alternating ( A and B ). Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
