algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Path mapper and Data trees question. Re-oredering points numbers

Dear Grasshopper Community,

I have been going crazy trying to group a grid of points into 4 points each to connect them with the "4Points Surface" tool. Here is a screen shot of what is existing (a normal grid of points starting with 0 and ending at 24 for the first row ... etc). I want to remap the numbers on that grid as the sketch is showing. So each 4 corners of a square can be made into a surface
