You have to activate the dead weight by using a gravity-load-component: place a 'Loads'-component on the canvas and select 'Gravity' in the drop-down-list at the bottom. For more details on gravity loads please see the manual.

thank you but i want get factor to dead load for each storey.what can i do

Hi Sepide,

The gravity load cannot separete elements having different factors.

You can apply only one single factor for every element; the default vector of the gravity load is (0,0,-1). Thus, make the vector and multiply your factor, then input to the gravity load.

Or, I recommend to apply mesh loads with -z global direction.
