2 or more curves stick on the surface

Hi, I try to join together 2 or more curves to create one geometry which can I use ... for example to "stick" on the surface (to achieve that every circle will be on the surface). Has someone idea how to do this?

which browser internet do you use?

Try another web browser (Mozilla Firefox for example)and you will be able to download it, I had the same problem with Internet Explorer.

In any cases I will send you an e-mail.
