Getting planes of points in which they are located

Hello I am trying to do a very simple thing but not able to do it.. I have populated a rectangle with some points. Now I want to create circles using those points as radius...But i am stuck on how to find plane of each point...so that I can draw circles on faces of rectangle. Below is the picture of my model.... please guide me ...when I use surface frames I cannot locate UV values of these point on surface so I am confused please help...

Surely many other solutions.

Thank you I think what I was doing wrong was I was using deconstruct brep after populating points....thank you...

You can do it after, in order to choose the good normal you have to filter/sort with the closest intersection point (D=0)

The file. It is also best if you post your script !

I did not complete my script...thats why I asked for help...I was thinking to get domain of each surface and then locate random points generated by populate in that domain...and then use uv of that domain in evaluate surface component.....but I was unable to construct domain for each surface and then locate those random points in that domain...so thats why i put up my query online

do you also Have knowledge of physics engine...actually I am trying to find a way by which I can simulate folding a paper strip...I learned online kangaroo plugin but still I am not getting concept of how to start with it..If you have idea please guide me thank you.

No I didn't dig into that subject. But there are some cool new videos about rigid body movement. To my point of view you can apply that to folding. Lines of folding are hinges.
