Not sure if it is what you are after, but Lunchbox has a Bake component, that lets you specify what layer to bake on. I use multiple of those with one trigger to bake different geometry to different layers in rhino at once.

yeah that works, but i also need to be able to group those geometries. Is there a bake  component that lets us specify layers and group the geometries?

Hi Soroush, have a look at the Human plugin, it allows to give group indexes and layers to objects before baking
