algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I will like to understand why if I´m using sframes on a flat regular surface the distance in u and v are equal, while when using a curved surface it generates a pattern where in a certain direction u or v it decreases the distance from frame to frame.

While the Cartesian coordinates depend on the origin and its distribution it is regular, the coordinates of NURBS surface will depend on parameters such as control points. If NURBS Control points are at irregular distances, then the function that regulates the position of a point on the surface will not give equidistant results. In other words, if the control points are stretched, the coordinates of the surface will also be stretched.
To correct this, depending on how the surface is constructed. If you have created from NURBS curves, then maybe (depending on the component to create the surface) will inherit the control points of the curves, then you only need to rebuild the curve and make the surface with these new curves. Another way to fix it is reconstructing the surface, but this depends on how the surface.
thank you very much, indeed rebuild of the surface will allow me to correct the distribution.
