Instalation problem - SOLVED

I have seen this problem mentioned before but I did not get how to fix it - I am getting the 1.Solution exeption:Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json ----- 

Any ideas?

the answer was in a post from 2013 - it works now
