algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I'm trying to offset a series of curves derived from a surface intersecting a series of planes. when i offset the curves within the sectioning planes it seems fine. While I try to offset them in a defined xz plane the offset behaves in a strange manner.

attached are my files.
Any ideas

thank you all

OK I did something. I've copied the curves both sides and offset it inwards. So far so good. I've divided the curves in 10 points and the I try to connect this points with each other (CRV1(pt) with CRV2(pt) and CRV3(pt) with CRV1(pt)). The idea here is to create a definition that will build triangulated trusses from a given surface. The problem is that when i try to connect the points in order to create a triagulated shape. everything goes wrong. I really dont understand what's going on

I need help

thank you

I think I really nedd help here....nothing is working....
I am no expert with GH. But to ease your mind, I always have issues with offset, with a slider hooked into the offset distance, there are only a few values that offset my curves.

sorry this was no help.
I know. The offset component behaves randomly. I guess we need more practice thank you...

Back to my problem i think i solve the issue. I've just add a graft after the offset component end bingo!!!!!.

cheers
