Add a user form in grasshopper?

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to grasshopper, i have been looking at the Vertical Village project done in collaboration with MVRDV as a reference for my studio project.

I'm looking for a way to create a user form similar to this :

It does not need to exactly be a form, but something that can link the multiple number sliders from 2-3 files. I have heard about creating custom component, is it possible? Or is there some other way to to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That image just seems to be a bunch of sliders, panels, groups and scribbles.

It is possible to create a custom UI but it involves a lot of serious programming, ideally in Visual Studio. I would not recommend it unless you have a year of your life to spare.
