This doesn't work for me. I have the license and the plug-in is loaded. It works in rhino but not in grasshopper. Anyone have any idea?

I have to fill in the blank with a product key every time when i opened Rhino before i call out grasshopper .....  That is a little unconvenient but it works.

i think you need to gray out your personal info and serial number

just in case..
