algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Uneven subdivision. Convex rectangles?

Hi people
I made a script for uneven splitting rectangular area. But unfortunately not all figures are convex rectangles. Somebody has an idea as to make it means of GH? There is still a script http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/random-quad-division-a-srf which it does, but in it the quantity and distribution of the received figures isn't controlled.

For offset I used add-on StudioAVW.
