problem with running honeybee

hi everyone

i have a problem with honeybee component, it's red and gives me this error ~~> 1. Solution exception:Expecting property name: line 1 column 1490313 (char 1490313)

also the component createHBSrfs gives the error ~~> 1. Solution exception:honeybee_EPZone and i dont know if it is related to honeybee component error or not?!

I wonder if this is an issue with downloading json files. Can you send a screen capture of the error report so I can see in which line the error is happening. Thanks!

It is the issue with JSON files. Try to download these two files manually and copy them into Ladybug's default folder. Close Rhino and Grasshopper and open it again.
