Random count when curves join

What has happened is that the list missed the order. You can re-sort them in various ways, for example:

You can use this square, instead the circle.

Hi Chris, I have a feeling you could prevent the need for re-sorting after joining, but cannot be sure without your definition...

After joining the list gets mixed up, but i still can't find a way to reorder it correctly.

Hi Chris, you couldn't find SortAlongCurve component in the Vector > Point tab?
To try and answer your question (and avoid the need to re-sort) I'll be needing the referenced geometry too, please provide a 3dm aswell, or internalize the used curves in the gh file. I'll be away tomorrow, so it'll be wednesday at the soonest I can reply. Maybe someone notices this and can help before I can...
