split list

For registration patterns decided to create a program.
But there was a problem.
There is a list of points. And the list of names of these points.
How do I share the points on those inside the contour, and to those of the circuit. And also give them names from the list.

(Для оформления лекал решил создать программу.
Но возникла проблема.
Есть список точек. И список имён этих точек.
Как мне разделить точки на те, которые внутри контура, и на те, которые за контуром. И к тому же присвоить им имена из списка.
