Create a space in the working canvas, by strutting/stretching

Hello Grasshoppers,

 

my question is about a funktion i can´t find, but i know there is one because i used it once by accident.

 

I want to  spread/strutt oder stretch a crowded work canvas to great an extra space.

 

I hope someone understand what i try to explain.

Hold done Alt whilst clicking the canvas. tap again to change orientation. Nicknamed the Moses tool
