Soap Bubbles Cluster Solving Problem

Hello, I'm trying to generate soap bubbles behavior. The best work that I have found is the one done by Andrei:  https://wewanttolearn.wordpress.com/2012/11/14/plateaus-laws-soap-b... 

So, what I'm trying is to recreate the script starting from his. However I don't know how to create the "bubble cluster" and the "explode bubble list" in the bubble components image (image 5.jpg) that I'm adding adjunct.

If someone can give me some hints about it i will really appreciate.
