Repeat polar array?

Hi! I'm trying to repeat or copy the elements of a polar array in a 2D radial grid. Keeping the ability to parametrically increase the number of elements in each of the circles of the radial grid. 

Is that possible? 

So, in the example below I would have a series of rectangles "following" each of the radial grid circles.  

I'm attaching a picture of the intent and below are pictures of the rhino and grasshopper files that I'm working on. I would really appreciate any help! Thank you!!

Hi Helena,

It seems like Polar Array does what you need. You'll have to combine it with a linear array as well, otherwise you'll end up with just one ring. You'll also have to decide how many polar repetitions you want, as your intent image makes it look as though you're aiming for a fixed spacing between columns, rather than a constant amount.
