algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi All,

I have created a solid through a subtraction of solids. Now I want to select only the external surfaces of this, is there a way to do this without selecting every single surface?

Thanks

With List item component, you must give an index, 0 is the first, 1 the second, 2 the third... and -1 the last, the penultimate -2...

Yes, but I have lots of surfaces and I don't know numbers of the surfaces I want to select..

Well then you need to find a way to select the ones you want. May be surfaces that are closer to a point, or those with the greatest area ... there are many ways, but without knowing your definition can not help you most.

Well, the definition is a little bit complex to send, but I can do it with the solid if it is useful

Well, I would make a bounding box, then a central point on each side, then would select the closest faces. If you load the solid in 3dm can show you how.
Take a look at this gha:

Thank you so much! :)

Here is the file

Sorry, I have some problem with internet connection, I retry to send it
