Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi David,

I think it will be cool if you add a transparent backround for node-editor of Grasshopper in next release.

The coolest thing could be a Rhino Viewport mode that supports both Rhino Geometry and GH nodes displayed at once (like CATIA model tree for instance) and/or slider values (there was over there some hack that got that already); so you can create a Pencil/rendered view mode with shadows and sliders to present your projects nicely...

I think that this kind of GUI widget is fairly trivial to code (we already see that in Quick image export), also doesn't ruin the GH's UI (or does it?).

EDIT : ...and minimized state.

this as a widget would rock. even in very small size

EDIT: that maybe could open the possibility to work with grasshopper maximized.

I like the idea. But would add one key to access the viewport from the grasshopper canvas to rotate, move, zoom geometry without minimizing gh.

ah yes, that is essential too.

i wonder if in GH2 there is a possibility to have grasshopper canvas in one of the four viewports. that would be nice too.

Thanks guys for your support, I hope that David read this message and will give a comment that. I want  be heard.
