algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hello everyone . I just started using gph =) I'm trying to tessellate two surfaces according to a pattern that I designed in 2D. Using the code that I created I can not make the pattern that I designed in 2D on the surface.
I created this code looking at a series of tutorials . What is wrong ? Are there other ways ?
After solving this problem, I wanted to know how I can get all the curves of the pattern of the same length when I put them on the surface.
In other words, I wish I could have all the same geometry on the surface. I hope I have been clear
I am attaching the code and the file rhino . I hope you can give me a hand to solve this thing . Sorry for my poor english :/

Anyone? :( I keep trying but I always get the same thing :(
Hello Vincenzo,
First of all your gh file doesn't work with the 3dm file and it can't locate the referenced geometry.
Then, when using box morph your grid will always be rectangular and from what I understand you want an hexagonal grid.
You can check out this discussion for hexagonal morphing and I believe Panelling Tools plugin could be useful for fixed size cells.
Thx Nikos for the reply!
I've done this, but now i've to put the solid in the img on the surface following the patter that i've on surface.
How i can do that? BoxMorph?
Help :(
Uhm, I want a result like this and I suppose I need an Hex grid that follow the pattern and than an HexBoxMorph...but i don't know how do that ><"
Ok, just to be clear, this last image is not the same pattern as the one you created with lines on the mesh.
For HexBoxMorph please read the discussion I linked on my 1st reply.
