algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi, im trying to create a voronoi geometry within each cell of a larger voronoi geometry in 3d. The bounding voronoi cells need to be thicker than the ones inside it. So its like packing voronoi cells within each cell with lower thickness.
I know of a few ways to achieve such geometry without grasshopper(voronax for instance) but it involves a lot of 'manual modelling' and it is not very parametrically controlled.
Considering im new to grasshopper, please assist me with an appropriate approach.
Thanks

Voronoi is never very parametrically controlled unless you're Neri Oxman...
I send you a gauss random python component it gives a 3rd point cloud much nicer than the one within grasshopper. Made by Jake Hebbert in "Nature of Code" tutorials.

Not sure what this means? It is very easy to control a point cloud parametrically in a variety of ways, thus a voronoi can be very easily parametric and controllable. In fact, it may even be the most predictable of parametric clichés and is used in the background for many other parametric operations mostly based on spatial relationships.
Oh well I didn't know who Neri Oxman was. Apparently Google knows more about her (very) pretty face than about her Voronoi works. Such machism...
Ok so can you please show us an example, i'm very interested in understanding how to control a point cloud ?? In grasshopper... I'm sure it's possible with python, vb, processing but how with grasshopper ? And i don't have 100 bucks to buy your awesome codes...
