Lyrebird can't handle it, not sure about any of the other GH/Revit interop tools (Humming bird, Grevit, ...?) but you can check them out.  You'd have to do a Wall By Face using a mass, either created in Revit or via an import that can originate in Rhino if you so choose.  This assumes consistent wall thickness.  If the wall thickness is not uniform (ie, sloping on one side only) then you'd have to do it as an in-place wall within Revit.  I don't know of any way of automating the creation process for that.
