The Start and End points of the circle. If you rotate them slightly you will not see this behaviour.

Technically the curve does exist twice in the one location.

Seems like a bug though, intersection at the seam of a curve should only return a single result.

This is now fixed. The next release will no longer report duplicate intersection events at closed curve seams.
