Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi there, I am pretty new with grasshopper and I am facing a little trouble with it.

I am working on a facade with image sampler but I'd like to apply it to a curved surface. For now I got this definition which works with planar surfaces only.

How to make it work with curved surfaces?

Give a look at the attached file

Thanks a lot

Can please anybody help me out?

Thank you for that but still I am not able to merge my definition with the ones showed on the discussion you suggested me as this one works with circles whilst mine works with stripes.

I just need to set my definition suitable for curved surfaces.

I would appreciate if somebody can help me out.

Thanks

NICE!!!

Thank you for that, that's what I meant.

I am now setting number of division on my surface but how to set my strips horizontal instead of vertical?

danke

Plug the points from divide surface into flip matrix.

If I do that appears following error: Flip Matrix contains one error "All paths in the input tree must have the same length"

Post an image. That wont happen if you plug divide surface into flip matrix.

here it is

It should only be plugged into Divide surface. Not line. Then you plug the flip matrix into the shift list components. Basically flip matrix goes between divide surface and shift list. I never said plug into line :)
