algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

is there an easy way to display the curve or even the surface directions with GH?

I mean something similar like those small arrows in rhino which are displayed when you analyze curves or surfaces.

Knowing the direction from curves and surfaces is one of the most important thing in nurbs-modelling and so it would be great to achieve that with GH.

The best thing would be a global switch to display the direction. Or maybe a simple node for that purpose.

I always use the CurvePoint Node and move the slider to see the direction.

So if there is a much more elegant way - please let me know.

Otherwise this is an idea for future improvements...

You could use a visual clue with the display vector component.

Thanks, I know that, but the idea is to make this check easier. Of course you could make a cluster of that definition and use this instead each time you want to check the direction of a curve or a surface.

I think (and hope) this should be a basic feature of the curve/surface components...

thx!

How about vector of a line? i know it is simply change by using flip curve. but if there is a bunch of random line, and i want to know each vector direction. how can i do that?
