Tracking movement of REAL objects in REAL time

Hi all! i am new in this grasshopper community. I am working on adapting technology to the body, trying to get differnet sounds from its movements.

My question:

What are the best ways to track the movement of REAL objects in REAL time?

All i need is to get numbers from the movement of several. x,y,z would be enough..

Try firefly + reactivision ... Or kinect

Thanks for the answer! I will try with kinect but for what i have seen it does, i would prefer to design a physical object that sends its xyz position, via wifi, bluetooth or something like that..

I am new with all this!!..

Have a Look at the Firefly Plug-in. This allows you to use your webcam or a Kinect as inputs to GH

hi,did you solve this problem,i also met this problem.as what i have seen,the firefly can track skeleton only.how did you solve this. many many thanks for your help.
