How to populate voronoi cells?

Hi everyone,

I have be trying to populate the voronoi cells that I produced so I can make a voronoi pattern inside of each of the first voronoi cell pattern. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could go about doing this? I want to produce something like this http://www.bustler.net/index.php/article_image/the_times_eureka_pav...
