Two Sets of springs

Hi All,

I need some help urgent please,

I have a surface that Im trying to make holes using circle packing onto it

I have made some springs between populated points and pulled the points to the mesh and it worked fine,

but now i need to have some surfaces going through between the lines and I need these surfaces to repel the points too with the maximum radius distance in order to not cross with the holes

I have tried adding another spring force with lines between points on the surfaces across and the holes centres but that didnt work I dont know why.

Please Help its an urgent matter
