Waffle Structural System, Help !

Please Help !

I attached a ghx which is created by Andrew Payne. My problem is that i can not project the parts of it. I think there are somehow too many parts or they are just repeated, i do not know . My aim is to see the parts like on the picture is, what i attached too.

I just can not figure it out.
