ok thank you David for your attention to this matter.

Ok, I added an extra folder in the windows Roaming Application Data (in parallel with Grasshopper settings and userobjects). Any gha files installed into this folder will be loaded automatically and the installer will not touch it.

This folder will probably be somewhere here:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\

Awesome David! Having a specific location for additional libraries is a great move.
I want to say something on this toic. After an new version of GH installed, all the add-ons remains the same on one of my pc .But they would be cleared on the other one .I am confused about this .
For now I just make a folder with all of the add-ons I want to keep between versions, this folder is outside of the Rhino 4 Installation folder. I reference this folder with the 'GrasshopperDeveloperSettings' command in Rhino.
Thumb up!!
